"I’m keen for Keenzo! I had just placed an order and realized I inadvertently ordered the wrong model. I had placed both in my cart but the accidentally deleted the wrong one before checking out.
Now I had to call customer service before they ship the wrong model. I dreaded having to make that call. I have had some real bad experiences with other sites and didn’t want to go through the aggravation and hassle. I picked up the phone and dialed in. I was greeted by a very pleasant women’s voice. I wish I could remember her name and state it here so she could get credit, I’ll call her Ms Pleasant for now. Ms Pleasant listened to me patiently as I described what had just happened. She asked for my order number and quickly looked it up. She asked me a few more questions to verify my identity and said “No problem at all.” She quickly made the changes while keeping me on the line with some casual conversation. Before I knew it I was done. She read me back the order after which I thanked her and she thanked me. I think the whole call took under 5 minutes. I won’t be dreading making another customer service call, at least not to Keenzo that is. They won me over and not just in pricing but more so with service.

"Placed order for NAVIONICS Platinum Plus CF/905PP, received SD/905PP. This is the wrong product and won't work on my Raymarine system. Keenzo blaming their distributor, eventhough I don't remember my $$ going to the distributor, it went to Keenzo. Filled out the RMA form on 6/13 to get a refund, since they don't have the product I ordered, (eventhough their website says they do)and also figure out how I ship back the wrong product. I am hoping this is a "stand up" company and will honor their committment to their customers. If they do I will forgive one screw up and return for future business. I will update in the next few days on the status. "

"April 29, 2008 is when I placed an order for a specific product and received confirmation that the order was received later that day, as would be expected. Two days later, they decide to inform me that the specified product was currently out of stock, that their website showed stock because someone else ordered the last one shorty before I did, and that they would receive more stock "within 21 days, but possibly sooner."
At the time, they had the lowest price and I was in no hurry, so I decided to wait, though I did reply to their message to ask if a more specific time period could be identified (yes, they did say to actually reply to that message). I received no reply. 22 days later, I again replied to that message asking if there was any update, as their website still said "received-back order." I received no reply again. So two days later I created a "support ticket" stating the situation. 2 days later I have, yet again, received no reply.
As of yet, they have not at all contacted me regarding an order that was placed almost one month later. I will update this if anything changes, though it doesn't appear that it will any time soon.....
UPDATE:
Apparently complaining helps. They sent two messages saying they are now aware that it hadn't been shipped and will be "relased from the warehouse" today. They also said they would cover the shipping charges.
Seems fair enough, though quite slow for an online store...."

"I ordered three Maglight LED flashlights. I received three standard bulb Maglight flashlights, which are $30+ less expensive. I've created two trouble tickets and have received no response whatsoever from Keenzo. I am very dissatisfied with this company and will never order from them again. Buyer beware."
"I never recieved a conformation email saying they recieved my order, but I kept checking online. Status said recieved from vender (not sure what that means since it later turned to back ordered) After several days without them sending the phone I emailed them. They took 5 days to email back that my item was on back order and that the emailed me to tell me so which they did not. I also called them, but their phone was disconnected the day I tried to call. After waiting a month for the item to be recieved, I got frustrated and canceled the order by calling (this time their phone worked) but my online order status still said my order was current. I eventually emailed them and a week later my order was canceled. I will never order from them again!
Update: I received a call from customer service regarding this poor review. They say that they did infact email me to confirm order and notify me of back order even though I never received an email in my inbox or junk mail box. And that they are in the middle of transitioning the customer service center and that being why they were slow to respond and the phone system was down."
"[Update to the below] After calling Keenzo about the issue noted below, I was able to reach a person easily, and she was very helpful in correcting the situation. The correct item was shipped out to me and everything got straightened out. The issues other people mention about the order tracking not being updated timely is true, but that is a common theme among smaller/ultra-bargain websites, so you have to keep in mind that's part of the trade-off for the lower price versus someone like Amazon.com.
Overall, the product was priced dramatically lower than any other retailer and for that reason I'm very satisfied.

I ordered a Piano Keyboard on 5/3, and even thought my order status still said "sent to warehouse", on 5/8 a large TV Stand (furniture) arrived at my door. Doesn't anyone actually look at the item as it is being sent to the customer?"
"I purcashed a telephone for my 90 year old Aunt who is hearing and vision impaired. The specific model telephone was recommended by her audiologist. When we received the telephone we found that she was unable to operate the telephone due to the fact that the user MUST be able to read a small LCD screen in order to dial from the telephone address book. I had been trying to return the telephone to Keenzo and they had been unresponsive until I reached a person named Laura. Once Laura got involved things seemed to move along more quickly. Laura was kind enough to follow up and I have been told that I will be issued a credit for the telephone tomorrow."
"Overall, I’m very happy with Keenzo. I can definitely see doing business with them in the future; I was intensely pleased with their competitive pricing and the fact that I could pay through PayPal, my order was processed and shipped quickly, and the product I received was exactly what I was expecting.
When I first browsed the Keenzo website, I honestly considered not making a purchase there. The layout of the site felt a bit unprofessional to me, but then I noticed the fact that I could buy through PayPal – that’s something that always puts my mind to ease when shopping online. The item I was shopping for – TASCAM BT-1 – was something that was actually hard to find on the web, especially competitively priced. There was a little bit of confusion when my product shipped. I never received an e-mail telling me that the order had been completely processed, and so a few business days after placing the order, I was under the impression that it still hadn’t shipped. I was upset enough over this to contact customer service. The response time was great, and I was pleased that every part of my question was addressed and resolved. The day I received my response, I received my package in the mail, right on time.
The box I received was packed neatly and professionally and any reservations I still had about Keenzo were gone. The product was brand new in its box with all of the pieces, and it was unharmed during shipping.
I was already pleased enough to definitely consider buying through Keenzo again, but then I found out about the incentives for product reviews. I will definitely be doing business with this seller again."

"Finally decided to update to a wide screen HDTV because of the impending doom of NTSC in 02/09. I chose Viewsonic because I had been using a Viewsonic LCD computer monitor for over 5 years with the monitor performing flawlessly the entire time (on 18 hrs/day). I chose KEENZO after a search because they offered a refurbished unit like I wanted at a very reasonable price and with free shipping. (Free shipping scares me sometimes because you don't know how long it will take.)
I bought the VIEWSONIC N2752W, received it FedEx less than a week later, hooked it up to a set of rabbit ears inside my house and ran an auto scan. Every channel in my area (to 50 miles) was found and the display is perfect. An antenna on the roof is next.
I could not have been more pleased with the product or the great price/fast shipping from Keenzo.
I will definately look at their site first the next time I want someting.

"Placed order on 1/21/2008 for LCD wall mount and in-wall box. Was billed within one day. Received in-wall box on 01/25/2008. However, no LCD wall mount. Waited until 02/10/2008 thinking it may just be delayed, looked up status, their website stated “Item discontinued” but that is not true according to the mfg website. Sent email using their system stating such. Received response, "We are in the process of contacting our distributor to determine if the item you ordered is available to be shipped to you. If not, we will refund your credit card immediately” and have not heard from them since. Sent follow-up request for status on 03/09/2008 with no reply. Sent request for refund on 04/16/2008 and initiated a “Customer Service Issue” ticket as well.
All communication has been posted on their website. They seem to respond to complaints posted on this site...so we'll see.
Update 4/18: Ironically, received voice message and email today (email sent at 4:51 pm requesting I call…they close at 5:00pm). I noticed they changed the status of my customer service ticket to closed and now, instead of “in process” it shows “shipped” on my order and the “discontinued” item is now in stock.
Update 4/21: Keenzo is processing a refund for the price of the item never shipped and in full for shipping.
Although it took three months to get this resolved, they seem to be doing the right thing. Proceed with caution.
