"I ordered tools on July 23rd. Web site stated that they were in stock. I threw in a couple of cheap bicycle lights because I was already paying shipping. I got an email the next day saying the order had shipped, and that there would be a follow up email if any items were backordered. The shipment arrived with only the lights (which I never would have ordered by themselves because shipping was more than the cost of the items.) I called to find that the tools were on backorder with no ETA, even though the web site still showed one of the two as "in stock." Keenso refunded the price of the tools but only refunded $2 of the shipping even though I told them that I never would have ordered the lights at all except that I was already paying shipping on the tools. Customer service was very polite about it, but that doesn't make up for the web site stock icons being out of date, nor does it make up for a full refund on shipping when the only thing delivered was an item that was just "fluff" on the order. I will not order from Keenzo again.
Update: Gene from Keenzo emailed and said if I contact customer support that they will refund the entire shipping cost. I will have to try this on Monday as it's already after 5PM EST.
Update 2: Not only did Keenzo refund my shipping, but they also gave me a $5 credit. I placed an "email me" tag on one of the out of stock items. The system emailed me several days later that the item was back in stock. I ordered again, and the item was delivered in 2 days."
"Kennzo processed my shipment quickly and it also arrived quickly. The price was much better than other online merchants, but the issue of not confirming the order with a follow-up e-mail was an issue, although I was able to log on to the site and watch the progress of the shipment. "
"I found Keenzo through Google while doing some online shopping. Keenzo had the best prices on what I was after, and their website convinced me that they were legit. I placed my order, got a confirmation E-mail, and then another E-mail supplying tracking information when my order shipped. My item showed up on schedule - what more do you want from an online merchant?
Since then I placed another order for an item which ended up being out of stock and then backordered. Keenzo notified me of this via E-mail and I called to cancel the order - I reached a real person without having to be on hold, and quickly cancelled the order.
All in all I'm quite pleased with Keenzo and will continue doing business with them."

"Keenzo is a great site that i found on a google search, it did take a little while for them to process my order, but for what i bought, i couldent find a better price, i paid 103 dollars with tax and shipping for something that if i had bought it at the retailer, would have cost me 150, plus tax and shipping, i'm very happy with the site, and for the money, the service, so i'd say this is a good place to buy something that you wouldent plan on returning, i only say this because i've never tried to return something there, but i just doubt they can be as good about returns as some online juggernaut like amazon. so all in all plus."
"Selection: I have to say, Keenzo's selection is suprisingly extensive. Most sellers that sell from a huge variety of categories only have a limited selection within those categories. I bought a folding knife, and i was incredibly suprised at how many brands and models they had to choose from. Everything from 5 dollar Chinese made knives to $100+ American-made knives from name brands. I was very impressed.
Prices: I actually found Keenzo.com by typing the name of the product I was looking for into Google Shopping. I then sorted the results by price low to high. Keenzo was the first name that popped up. They had the knife I was looking for, only costing about 74 bucks with shipping. This is about $30 less than what I would have paid if I bought it at the store that I handled the knife at. That is enough to get me interested!
Ease of ordering: Not a whole lot to say here. Ordering is just as it is on other websites. One thing to point out is that, while most websites will not tell you how much shipping is until you actually are ordering the knife, Keenzo.com tells you up front what it will cost. And it is not unreasonable at all. Some websites will charge extra for shipping so they can make a few extra bucks. Not here.
Delivery time: My knife arrived 6 days after I ordered it. It was in stock when I ordered. Considering that I ordered the knife on the Saturday of 4th of July weekend, that is pretty impressive. If you order a product that is “Low Stock” or “Out of Stock”, be prepared to have to wait longer for the product to arrive.
Customer Service: I sent a question to keenzo.com using their contact form. I got a response in 3 days. Oftentimes with online companies, it will take up to a week, or longer, for you to get a response.
Overall: This is only my experience with Keenzo.com, but I am very impressed. I would recommend Keenzo.com to a friend, and I absolutely will order from them again. I had a very good experience with Keenzo, and I expect that most other people will too.

"Ordered a knife from Keenzo and received it a few days later. The only difference between the picture showed and the one I received is that the hardware was black, not silver like the photo. That's fine - the manufacturer showed black hardware, and that's honestly what I was hoping for. The handle is very comfortable in all grips I hold it in, the action is silky smooth, it is fast to open and close, and honestly, is one heck of a knife. I can't recommend it enough for the money.
The customer service, and the price, that Keenzo offered was pretty hard to beat. I'm hoping to place more orders with them in the future."
"I ordered a Gerber LFMII ASEK setup from these guys on the 22nd of June. I never received an order confirmation or anything of that nature. Here it is, July 6th, and I still have not received anything.
Update 7/7/08:
Gene from Keenzo personally emailed me in regards to my initial negative review here and my tickets that I had submitted on their website. I wish now that I had taken more time in this matter and called them first before just assuming the worst. Comcast has been filtering my emails out, which basically means, I haven't been getting all of the emails that people are sending me. Very annoying, especially given that we don't have much in the way of choices here for cable internet providers now due to Comcast buying everyone out. Anyways, he informed me that he had sent numerous emails, and on stating the knife was on backorder a day after I placed the initial order. He apologized for the confusion, and informed me that he would personally oversee my transaction. He asked me to call Robin or Laura and they would work with me on getting my purchase out to me in a timely fashion. I did not have to call at all. A very pleasant Robin called me this morning and apologized for the confusion, and informed me that she had verified with their distributor that the knife I had ordered was available from them now, and that she would have it shipped out today.
I was also informed that they are trying to find a better provider for getting their emails out to customers.
Because of these actions, I have changed my mind about this business. I feel that they are a very good business that needs our support so that they can progress into an even better business. Great Customer Service when they take the initiative to call you. "
