"I really like the Novi store and the women are very helpful so my rating is based on ‘shipped to store’ items. Ordered 2 lamps and one still has not arrived 6 weeks later. Didn’t like the one I brought home so returned but had to accept a store credit as the receipt they gave me when I picked up the lamp wasn’t good enough; he wanted to original email to confirm form of payment. "I emailed the company bc I had not received my item after two weeks. No response but it finally showed it was shipped to the store. Store said they didn't have it after each employee took turns telling another to go look for it. Asked for a refund and was told I have to call customer service bc the store couldn't do it. Called customer service and it said there was a wait and they would call me when it was my turn. Never called. I don't know how I will get my money back, I guess wait on the phone for hrs but I won't ship here any more. I like their products but there customer service is awful!!!

"I placed an order 11/28 ($400). It had to be shipped to the store. I called the store 12/10 to check the status of the order and was told the truck was canceled and would be sent again 12/15. As of 1/02, my items are not ready for pick up. I will never order from them again. "
"I ordered a wood snowman from Kirkland's online. When it arrived the arms were off. There was absolutely zero packing material wrapped around the snowman. It was just thrown in a box. I was able to fix it with wood glue and a hammer but that's not the point. I shouldn't have to fix a gift. They need lessons on packing items. I wrote a review on their website but it was denied. Apparently I didn't follow the kiss **** review policy. I will never order anything online from them again. "
"I ordered a ship to store item on Dec 1 for a Christmas gift. On Dec 12, they emailed me saying the item was damaged and they would ship a new one. I contacted them letting them know I needed it by Christmas and asked if it could be rushed due to it being their mistake. They told me it takes 10 business days and there was nothing they can do. Great customer service Kirklands! Needless to say, it has still been over 10 business days and still have not received notice that it has arrived. DO NOT ORDER FROM KIIRKLANDS ONLINE OR SHIP TO STORE. It has been a horrible experience."
"I ordered two seasonal light-up canvas pictures, together they were worth around 60 bucks. THEY SENT ME TWO WRONG ITEMS, a picture frame and a fall wreath (not even on the website anymore and the frame was clearance)! Both of the items I ordered were sold out by the time I called customer service. Items were supposed to be given for Christmas presents... Thanks Kirklands."

"We placed an order on November 13, 2017. We ordered lanterns (we are a business) and this was for an order to go out. November 30, 2017, we still don't have it! We have called multiple times, we keep checking the order status and all it says still is processing, processing processing! We needed these to go out tomorrow 12-1-17, and still don't have them! Our customers are not happy! And here is the icing on the cake, not one email or phone call or anything to let us know what was going on with our order! We have called everyday for the last week and a half and all they say is "we'll transfer this over to corporate and let you know" THEY NEVER LET US KNOW! "10 days ago I ordered two lamps. 7 days ago two ottomans arrived w a shipping receipt of 2 lamps. I called customer service and they said oh sorry, can you take the back? Um what? Huge box, I am pregnant w my 4th child, and YOU all sent the wrong items and you want me to attempt to pick these heavy ottomans up , drive 30 min w 3 kids under 5 and transport them to a kirklands? No. So fedex came and picked them up and Kirkland was supposed to ship out my actual order if they can get it right this time. However, 6 days ago FedEx took the wrong order yet they haven't recieved it sooooo my lamps that I ordered 10 days ago are still sitting in a wearhouse and nobody can do anything about it. "I ordered 2 mirrors to pick them up at San Tan Village store - Gilbert - AZ. On 09/19/17. Today, 10/15 and I don't have news about them. I have never received any email, I tried chat but they say ajwsys the same: OM THE WAY. I called and the answer: ON THE WAY. I sent emails..... NO ANSWERS. Of course... they have my money. This is a NOT TRUSTFULL and NO HONEST COMPANY. I think I just lost my money because looks like they won't deliver my mirrors. I have never seen nothing like that. Stay away! One star is too much. I am very mad and maybe is time to expose this store on tv and how the customers are treated and how the customers are ripped off. I will never buy again. Never! It's a SHAME!
Detail: if you cancel your order you have to wait 10 WEEKDAYS to see your money back. Really disturbing and dishonest! "
