"I placed an order online to be shipped to my local store over three weeks ago but have yet to receive the order. I called customer service to find out what happened. They informed me that the the item was on back order. No call no email, nothing. My local store has the item by the dozens in store, but won't let me get the item locally and then replace it when the order comes in.. I emailed customer service, but they haven't had the courtesy to reply. Still waiting, wondering if my order will ever arrive. This is the last time I order from Kirkland's. "

I order these vases along with a set of sconces on March 9 2016.I have yet to receive the vases.
The day I received the sconces I called and was told "I'm sorry they were on backorder and we just received them they are being packaged now and will go out next week" that was a week and a half ago. I check the website everyday and it still say processing. I talked to customer service on 3/25 and was told that they were there but they don't show it has been packaged. Someone is lying.
I have sent emails to them but no reply.I will never shop there again!!!!

"Built a new house and ordered 2 mirrors for bathrooms on Jan 3,2016 for new house. At time of order I was informed they would be available between 4-10 days, which was perfect with just moving in. Website continually shown in progress for one and back order for another. Had different information from customer reps after each inquiry call. Finally received one after over a month and still have not received 2nd and it's been 47 days. picked up 1st one and asked to cancel 2nd while in store as we found another mirror there and can't continue to wait to have mirrors in our bathrooms at home. We can not even receive refund or cancel until backorder is at store then will still take 10 days to refund money. I will never use Kirkland's to order online again and shopping their will not be my 1st choice by any means. The customer service reps were extremely rude over the phone and was not concerned at all with the lack of accurate information being relayed or inconvenience to their customers. "
"I had an extremely terrible and unpleasant time with Kirkland's. Same thing as most of the poor reviews-- I placed an order that never updated and kept processing. Finally, I received an update today that they had to cancel some of my items because they were no longer available. Why was it 'available online' when I ordered, then? It's been a week and they are just now processing?! I still don't even have an updated tracking number. Will it ever really be shipped?
This can all be taken with a grain of salt, because I ordered near the holidays, though I didn't expect to receive it by Christmas. However, the WORST part was my customer service representative. She was so incredibly rude and unpleasant as soon as she answered the phone. I hadn't even complained about my dissatisfaction yet, but got bombarded by a disgruntled worker for no reason. Why is that necessary? Will NEVER shop here again"
"Horrible shipping time. I got an email saying I would get my order within 8 business days. Well it's been 12 business days & the items are still in processing. No one returns phone calls or emails. Never again will I order from them. "
"Online shopping at this site is frustrating. Twice I have been shipped the wrong items. I am still waiting for the current order to be shipped correctly. I had to pack up the items they sent because they were wrong and take to Fedex to ship back. They will not correct their mistake until they receive the items they shipped incorrectly back. Customer service is not good. They also have someone checking the orders and they are wrong, I just can't understand how 2 employees can ship the wrong items. They do have nice items but need to fix the issues with their employees."

"Though I like buying some things here I ran into a huge problem when I bought on line and needed to get a refund because I couldn’t use one of the pieces after it arrived to this location. I made 4 emails to corporate 3 phone calls to this store checked my credit card 4 times this was way to much. Today they asked me to come to the store and they would refund my credit card, there must have been some misunderstanding. I called American Express in the store and verified to them it wasn’t refunded and that didn’t matter to them. I was given a corporate number to call again and told they couldn’t do it. Now NO Refund my time and gas wasted so I called (American Express, SATISFACTION FINALLY!)"

I have shopped with Kirkland's many times both in their stores and online and love what they offer. Kirkland's merchandise is both reasonably priced and quality.
On occasion I did receive an item that was damaged during the shipping process, but Kirkland's quickly steps in and either gives you a quick refund or a replacement at no additional charge. They stand behind their merchandise 100 percent. You can even take a damaged item to one of their locations and they will give you back an instant refund which reflects instantly on your credit card.
Make no mistake, this is a wonderful company to shop from, period!"
"This was a very frustrating experience.
I placed an order on kirklands.com Dec 4, 2012 and didn't hear from the company for over two weeks. I contacted them Dec 19, 2012, and received a response that never answered my concerns. Instead of being told where my order was, I was told there was a "bogus" promotion, and I could sign up for other promotions through them. Then they randomly say, "I have cancelled your order." Uh, no thanks? Ship my item, please. But no. Apparently I used a promotion code they decided to not honor...and I say apparently because they never did come out and acknowledge that is what happened. The email didn't come out and say, "We are canceling your order because..." The email gives the "bogus promotion" information, goes on about ways to get additional promotional information, and then casually mentions "I cancelled your order" without saying the actual reason why. Of course I can read between the lines, but this is a questionable approach.
It sounds like Kirklands didn't realize their promotion would be as popular as it was, and chose not to honor it. From a business standpoint, I understand. From a customer service standpoint, that should never happen. To me, it's an indicator of their lack of concern for the customer experience.
I'm most frustrated that Kirklands would have kept my order open and held on to my money until I contacted customer service. There are ways they could have proactively found those orders they chose to not honor and cancelled the order with 24 hours. And they didn't. They kept my money until I questioned them. "
"I bought a mirrored jewellery box,the box was shipped damaged,the mirror was broken,i sent it back to Kirklands & was issued a replacement which was defective.The mirror was chipped off from the back at many areas and no return receipt was sent this time.I called customer service,she was v.rude & told me that she'll send a return receipt on my email but it was never sent.Now i am left with a broken jewelry box which looks terrible everytime i look at."
