"It is always easy returns, easy to get the glasses. The prices are unbeatable. I only ever go glasses shopping elsewhere to see shapes I should look for on kits! And I have insurance too, I just like the kits glasses and having multiple glasses rather than one super expensive one. For improvements I'd say it's mostly just marketing, people don't really know about kits. At least my friends don't. "
"I usually wear brown transitional lenses, but you only have grey... which to be honest look awful on light skin blonds or redheads... brown is very common colour to choose from. Otherwise the site is great, try on, PD measurement, choosing the size of the frame, bars with precise measurements to a millimeter was super helpful. The price in the end was also pretty good and affordable as I got a discount and two pairs of glasses for less than $300 with shipping. Hopefully when it will arrive I will like it

"The website is painful to navigate:
- There is no section in your account for consulting items that have been favourited.
- Once you have added an item to your cart, there is no option to continue shopping, you have to use the “back” arrow which usually causing an eternal loading page that needs to be refreshed.
- “Try on”does not work for a selected frame, it only works with the “virtual try on” function at the bottom left of the screen. however, this does not allow to select the specific model you want to try, you can shuffle through a few models but it is not exhaustive and does not necessarily include the models you are interested in.
- There is no memory of items in cart between log-ins. Need to start the shopping process all over again.
- On my iPad I could not proceed to the payment.
- Because of the all of the above, when I logged into my account on my iPhone, I had to start the process all over again and was luckily able to proceed to payment.
