Shipping times not accurate

"Purchased 3 books and paid $10 for expedited shipping. Website says that the books would have a 1-2 day processing time and the time for shipping was based on which option you chose. However, after buying that time limit changed and I was informed it varied per book. I had to cancel one of the books because it would not arrive until well after we left for school. This was not transparent and I paid for upgraded shipping to avoid just this. I was refused a credit of te upgraded shipping cost even though they could not fulfill the order as purchased. "

“Good morning! We do certainly apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. While we carry thousands of books in our warehouse, some items are only available from our distributors or publishers. The book you ordered ISBN 9781138292802 has the availability of “Usually Ships in 3-5 Business Days", this was listed on the website at the time of your order. This means generally it takes 3-5 business days for the item to arrive from the publisher/vendor before shipment. However, during peak season it can be a little longer it just depends on the supplier. The item was canceled and refunded on 08/05/20 in the amount of $41.36 plus $2.00 which was the shipping cost for that item. DO NOT ORDER BOOKS FROM THEM!!!

"PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT ORDER BOOKS FROM THEM!!!I will not recommend them to anyone. I was charge $125 for “returning a damaged book”. They are claiming that the spine was broken after almost a month of returning the book. They charge full price for overused textbooks First and foremost, I received an overused book which I barely used at all, and because of the pandemic classes are online. It was just sitting in my desk table accumulating dust and I literally sent back what I received. Do NOT trust these people with your credit cards. They take advantage of College students especially in the time of pandemic. Please rent your books from Amazon or Chegg as they have better quality books and better service. "

SUPER LATE

"I was taking a summer class and the book came 3 weeks late. It was in the same location for 2 weeks. I tried emailing you guys but had no respond. If I can’t get my money back i'll take a gift card or credit with you guys. I haven’t even take the book out of the package it came in. I’ll take the review off when you guys get back to me. "

Wrongfully Charged

"I rented a book for the first time thru this company. When the book arrived it was well used but no pages unusable, etc... Just the back cover wrinkled, etc.... we used the book and returned it with a few weeks to spare. Within a short amount of time I noticed a large charge on my account. I called the company to ask why thinking the book must have gotten lost in the mail. I was told the book had 1/3 water damage and so it couldn’t be rented out and I was responsible. They sent me pics and what did I see, a wrinkled back cover just like I had received it. I explained this to customer service but was told because I didn’t report the wrinkled cover when I received the book- I was responsible. I didn’t realize this amount of damage needed to be reported) This site is obviously scamming college kids- please stay away! "

"The class I was in was already halfway over with by the time I received the book. Absolutely would not recommend using this website to future students."
