Excellent Customer Service & Timing

"This was my 1st time ordering rental books from this company.
Knetbooks had the cheapest books available in comparison to other major companies.
Also, I had a problem with my order before it shipped where I need 1 of the books cancelled but still needed the other. Knetbooks immediately answered my email & made the changes I asked for within the next day. The books shipped that dame day and I received them in 4 days.

Very Dissatisfied

"I paid to rent this book and paid extra for shipping so it would get here in less than a week. Two days after it was promised, I looked to see the status on my book and it was still in processing. I emailed knetbooks about it, and they said that I should have taken into account that they don't always have books available, and that I would receive it in less than a week *after* they receive it. And there's no way of knowing when they'll get it. This is unacceptable. Don't advertise your book online as if you already have it in stock and then blame me for not being patient when I paid extra to have it within a certain amount of time. In case you didn't know, you're selling to students who actually need their books. "

Never use again

"I made an order and they canceled it 5 days later. Called customer service and got my money back a few days later. Made the same order again. Shipping seemed to take forever and I was a week and a half behind in classes. Then just canceled it all together. I won't use this website again. Don't recommend you do either. "
