"It took 13 days for my book to reach me when it was only supposed to 8 at the max. I was even told that the book would be delivered on the 8th day when I was unable to track the book, due to a faulty tracking number. Then I was unable to be given a correct tracking number, despite the fact that there was one."

"For shipping they use UPS and UPS mail innovations. If your book is shipped using mail innovations (you have no say in this) it will take twice as long. I found the books cheaper elsewhere while waiting on them to arrive. I would have returned them but there's a restocking fee and I'd have to pay return shipping on them while they were shipped to me for free as well as being able to return them For free at the end of the semester. I called customer service and the lady was rude. I'll never use knet again and I'll telling everyone else to steer clear as well. "
