"I've found a good benefit of shopping Kohls.com online is the size selection, specifically Big & Tall in my case. I won't say its got everything, but if you check regularly you find some things worth getting, and if you get a good sale and one of their Kohl's card discount coupons it can work out to good prices. For less then 80 buckaroos I got two pairs of jeans, a pair of boxers, two packs of socks, two tees and two other shirts. My two issues were with the 'free shipping', I had to spend over 75 to get it, but apparently that had to be after the coupon discount. And my other issue was the slow speed. I ordered on a Wednesday and it didn't get onto a UPS truck until Monday, so it too over a week to finally arrive."

Many of their clothes look cheap, so I wouldn't buy these online; however, I have purchased name-brand household items, and after coupons found online (for % off and free shipping), they were reasonably price and convenient (shipped). They started getting tougher with coupons, so I may not be buying from them as often in the future.
Processing usually takes 2 days. Standard shipping can take more than a week if shipped to the west coast, but usually 2-3 days if shipped to the east coast."

"Ordered a kitchenaid pasta attachment on 11/29/08. The price was very good after discount code. The product came in descent shape. The only thing i can say (and this was a very bad thing) is it took them FOREVER to ship. They didn't ship until 12/6 which i think is unacceptable really. I ended up calling and was told that she had no idea why it took so long to ship because they had plenty of them in stock.
Also after you submit an order you can not cancel an order. No matter how quickly you try to cancel which is just bad buisness. on there web site it states something to the affect that they do it this way so they can speed up the shipping process? A week to ship...WHATEVER. No i can't really give them a BAD review because i got the product in fine shape but i'll think twice before i order with them again."

"I've always been a fan of Kohls stores in that they have a nice selection and the stores are normally well stocked. I seen a pair of sneakers on their website that they didn't have in store so I decided to try the online service and order a few items.
I received email notifications for each step of delivery, and then a tracking number. My items also arrived within 4 or 5 days which was on time. I was happy with the packing job in that all clothes were in protective sleeves keeping them clean, the sneakers still had original protective coverings, etc.
Unfortunately I did have two issues with my order. The first one was the inability to add an item to my order once it was placed. I forgot to add a hat to my cart so I tried adding it right after placing the original order but there was no option to add items to an already placed order. I was trying to add it to my original order as there was a flat $5 shipping charge for all items. I emailed customer service and within an hour had a reply apologizing for the lacking online feature but said they would waive the extra shipping charge and have the hat shipped with my order. The downside was I would have to place an additional order for the hat, then email them back with the new order number to have it merged and have the shipping fee waived. I decided just not to bother with the hat but the reply was helpful nonetheless.
The second problem was a missing item. I ordered a pair of cheap sunglasses that were buy one for $30 get one free, but I only received one pair while both items were on my packing slip. I again emailed customer service and the next morning had a reply that they would credit my card for the missing glasses.
So while I would love to see some more ordering options made available on their website I would certainly order again. Their customer service is fantastic especially considering how large the company is and how much mail they must send/receive. I'll be sticking to their brick and mortar store if I can avoid from ordering online though. "

"I ordered a simple pair of tennis shoes from their on-line store. They sent shipping information and confirmed the order. All normal.
After a week, I checked the tracking number and noticed that it had still not been "shipped" from their facility. I wrote back to them asking what was going on (this was a Christmas present).
A couple days after the e-mail -- no response. I wrote back again (attaching the original e-mail) asking PLEASE RESPOND. It took them A WEEK to write back to let me know that it had apparently been lost in transit. They asked me to go online and make another order and respond to this e-mail with the order number and they'll credit the shipping (shipping was free to begin with). This seemed like a strange way to take care of crediting an order, seeing as how they took so long to respond to my previous e-mail.
So I placed another order -- closer to Christmas now. This same order seems to be "stuck in transit" and Kohl's has not:
+ credited my previous order as promised (this will undoubtedly take more time to clear up, and I'll end up reporting it to my credit card company to clear up)
+ credited the new shipping charges (the previous order they were free)
+ the shoes are more money now (I got them on sale previously); I asked them to please enforce the sale price again -- of course, no response
After ALL OF THIS... they STILL HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO ANY E-MAILS. So I started this process on December 5th, and now this close to Christmas, I still don't have the item, and have spent a considerable amount of time trying to clear it up, and they haven't responded at all.
I'm sure when orders go right, everything is fine. But when they wrong -- they go horribly wrong. I will never shop with their on-line store again, and out of principle, their physical stores now as well."
