"Overall we love the school. The price is hard to swallow compared to others in the area but after 5 years we are not going to leave based on that. Our oldest loves it, it is his home away from home."
"The staff is great, leaders are great and always active in the school BUT the price for 2 hours a day after school is too high."
"The teachers have all been great. Honestly, it's the leadership at the school and possible upper management that causes us grief. Constant price increases, lack of communication, always extra nickel and dining. An example of lack of communication just occurred with the management changes. The Director leaving is fine but the new one should reach out and introduce herself by letter then by mail. And we just found out an Asst Director is leaving too. Great news for her but we found out on a Wed, she wasn't there Thurs, and then barely there in her last day. She will be missed but we barely got a chance to tell her. For a daycare with such high costs, I would expect overall. My kids like the teachers and we do as well. But the constant asking for more money is a real disappointment. If it wasn't like that, we would consider staying with LP through grade school."

"Mostly good. Sad to see it going down hill."

"All rating I have give the director is for Shannon Craig, who is also the area director. There was a stretch of time when she had to go to other schools often and Erin (I do not know her last name) was in charge. Erin is cold and reserved. She is not caring or loving to the children. She runs it as a business first and for most. Every child is just a head count to her, and she is rude to teachers. On the other hand, Shannon and Rachel (I do not know her last name either) are wonderful."

"Generally a great atmosphere with great teachers, but your price is making it hard to afford other stuff for our family. We are seriously thinking about changing schools."
"Pros: Teachers and staff are top notch, genuine care for my children’s wellbeing.Cons: Most expensive in the area"

"People are enticed with, The price will go down as they get older. However, when the child gets older, prices raise and end up equaling the initial price from the beginning. The Director at this particular La Petite is perfect. She is the person you want in charge.. probably in any business. Again, though, the management under her seems to go by a script when answering tough questions. The staff is friendly and I feel that turnover is very low with their employees. The staff seem to get their feelings hurt whenever an issue is brought up by the parents. The next few days they tend to be off-putting when the parents come in. If a child is excelling at La Petite but the Room they are in doesn't provide that education/curriculum, La Petite will hold them back until they are allowed into the Room that provides this particular training, milestone, education, etc. As a parent, when you go to this facility you DO feel that it is a warmer environment. You feel safe. Also, for myself, since my child did go to another daycare for a few short months prior to La Petite, you understand that people do care more than other daycare here. With the pros and cons it makes it a hard decision on whether to stay or not."
"Most teachers seem to really care about students but education is held back by need for school to make revenue. Consolidation of rooms occurs before the kid leaving is even out of the room -- makes parents feel very uncomfortable. Continuous price increases do not seem to result in better curriculum or more opportunities for students. Survey feedback seems to be ignored."
