"Do not purchase from this company. Bought a t.v bulb that went bad in less then 45 days. The only way they replace is to check the one they sent me which leaves my family and I without a t.v for two weeks. Company stinks! Would not recommend to anyone. Poor policies and handling. Wasn't even the factory installed one as I was told it would be! They lie!"

"I ordered a battery for a Sony digital camera. They sent the wrong one. I called them a few times, at different times during the work day. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES! I got onto the live chat with them which worked very well. They said that they would e-mail a return authorization along with a UPS label. After a week and a half, I connected via chat again because they DON'T answer their phones. They did send the RMA after this request. 3 weeks later no replacement! I get back on chat, she says it will ship today or tomorrow. That was a week ago. Got on chat again, they tell me that it is being processed, when I tried to nail down a date that it will ship, they couldn't do it. Then they just abandoned me on the live chat window. It is apparent thet these people are crooks, or at the very least, lousy citizens. They sure as hell arent't businessmen.

"This company lists product numbers as compatible yet when you receive the part is will not fit and when you return the product they will charge at 25% restocking fee, because you ordered the wrong part which is listed as compatible. HMMM"

"THIEVES!!! Do not order from this company. ALL of the previous reviews are correct. I ordered two bulbs from them. Paid for them the same day. Was notified 2 days later they were backordered. 3 weeks later I received ONE bulb. I've contacted them by e-mail 5 times and get the standard make you happy, shipping it today response. But I still haven't received anything from them. Have been on hold for 2 HOURS with no answer on more than one occasion. Absolute thieves. Ridiculous customer service (if you can call it that). DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!"

" What a scam artist. I purchased a laptop battery on 11/8/10 and paid next day shipping. The next day at 6pm, I got an email saying that it was on backorder. They promised to refund my shipping and mail it in 3 days. I called Customer Service and the person told me, "I have the battery in my hand and taking it to UPS when I get off of the phone". So, the following morning got another email saying "backordered". Wow. After 2 more days, I had them cancel the order on 11/16/10. Said I should recieve a refund in 24 hours. The Customer Service rep also said that the particular battery I ordered was actually never supposed to be sold on their site since they supplied them to Best Buy. What a run around.
I called and email 27 times to get a refund. I got the same response, "24 hours" and then they would hang up the phone and not answer it any longer. I did contact the BBB of Ft Worth TX and finally the Texas AG Greg Abbott. The next day Jan 7, 2011, I miraclously got a refund. "STRAY AWAY! Came to this store from a Google ad. Bought a TV lamp bulb. It never arrived. Was left a message to call a phone number that was always busy. Finally they issued an automatic refund and charged a "restocking fee" for an item that was not fulfilled to begin with. Basically just stole our money. I will be contacting Visa."

"Stay away from these guys they will ripe you off! I filed a case with their card holder and have filled a case with their local Law enforcers! They have 2 payments from me totaling over two hundred dollars and I have no product they informed me weeks ago they would refund to my card! Didn't happen and I will pay a visit!"

"Zero Customer service ... they screwed up and then basically told me to get lost and then just hung up. Tried for customer service online chat - zero help/bad attitude. Tried calling on phone and had to wait on hold for 40 minutes only to be told "tough"

"thieft,pure and simply!! Called and verified availability and condition(new) before ordering online as requested, money taken from my paypal acct immediately for a battery they don't have and cannot get, but now they claim they have to send a request to "bookeeping" to issue my refund which I am still waiting for even though they still avertise the battery is still in stock!! This is criminal and should be investigated by the FTC. Belive nothing there customer service rep says also. "

"HORRIBLE plain and simple. We paid $150 for a lamp for our tv. When it arrived it didn't fit correctly. We contacted them easily and they said to send it back and they will send out a new one. It took FOREVER. The 2nd one didn't fit either. Now they will not return our calls or answer our emails even after threats of going to the BBB. We just want to send this lamp back and get a refund. HOW hard and unfair is that request to answer? They are just plain ignoring us. Dont loose your money too. Go to projectorquest.com, they delivered quick and provided great supports and a lamp that fits!"

"STAY away form this dealer! while they are cheap, there is a reason, NO SERVICE! After MULTIPLE emails I could NEVER get a question answered. Received about six auto replies then a couple PATHETIC responses that clearly proved they dont read your emails. It appears maybe they are from Indian customer support people. No Idea. They are CLUELESS. You will get a charge of 25%!!!! to return a product. YES, 25% even if you never opened the package. UNACCEPTABLE> What a rip off. They couldnt care lessa bout their customers. STAY AWAY!"

"We are an IT franchise that orders parts from multiple suppliers, and I have never had such a bad experience with a company. One of the batteries that we ordered died within a few months - while under warranty. I got an RMA and waited for the replacement... and waited and waited. When I finally contaced them, I was informed that the part was on backorder, and we would receive it someday. I was also told that they have no process in place to notify their customers of BO status. Ordered another part - out of stock, on backorder, never notified. Finally got part, and it was wrong. After lengthy phone conversation, got right part ordered (the part number that was originally ordered). Never showed up. Emailed to check and found out it was on back order, and again, we were never notified. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!"
