"Wish I could leave negative starts. I ordered in March. They sent entirely wrong prescription. I sent them back. It took weeks for them to even acknowledge they had received them. When I called to find out about my refund I was told the $9.95 shipping and handling was not refundable. I shouldn't have to pay a dime for their mistake. I contacted them again at the end of April and again had to request a refund. Contacted them again 5/3 and was told my refund was being processed. Contacted them again 5/28 and still no refund has been sent to me. This is ridiculous. They were quick enough to charge me but its been months and still no refund."
"I ordered my contacts on January 9th. I am still waiting for a rebate. It has been fulfilled and loaded for months, but not mailed. They say it's because of COVID, but how can it take months to verify purchase and send out a card with funds on it? I will never order contacts from them again unless there is a rebate given upfront. Beware. If you are expecting a rebate within 6 months, you're not going to get it. "
"I had ordered contact lenses from them. They sent the wrong item. I wanted HIGH ADD and they sent MED.
The website states that there is a restocking fee if the items are not returned with an RMA.
I did get an RMA prior to returning.
Out of $245.87 I paid initially, they refunded $86.07. I called them to ask about that. They apparently are entitled to the sales taxes that were paid initially plus other fees for any returns.
I asked the customer rep where this is stated on their website and she could not tell me.
I then asked to speak with a supervisor and she could not transfer me but the "best they could do" was to have one call me within 3 to 5 business days and of course, they never called me.
Do not do business with this place!!!"
"Their rebates seem to be a PONZI scheme at most and a scam at worst. 4 1/2 months and still waiting. Their "rebate tracking" says the card has been "loaded with funds" for 2 months but not sent. Their email response is cut and paste B.S. (blame Covid). Frankly I don't think they have the money to pay the rebates. Obviously no way to prove it but before ordering don't count on getting it."
"This company’s business practice is to provide supposed best prices but, CUSTOMER BEWARE, it’s all at the expense of a scam rebate policy. 1) the stipulations on rebate submission window, 2) waiting period for all the 7 steps of fulfillment in you actually receiving a rebate (it’s now 5 MONTHS processing time), and 3) stipulations on usage of the debit card ‘cash’ rebate all make for a JOKE!
I’ve lost well over $300 in rebates from numerous just 3 orders, that I have vowed to go with COSTCO or some other discount lens provider than to deal with this awful company."

Customer service is ZERO help, just give you the company talking points about CV19, processor delays, too much volume, blah blah blah. "I ordered contacts on November 4th, 2021. There was a promised rebate of $40 per box for a total of $80. FIVE MONTHS LATER I still have not received a rebate despite many complaints and also reports to the BBB and Attorney General's Office of Consumer Affairs. The company gives the excuse that they are too busy to process all the rebates. If you want to know how that holds water, go to the Better Business Bureau and check the number of complaints against them. they have been using the same lame excuse for a long while. "Never received my $150 rebate! I went ahead and submitted the rebate form as soon as I was able to print it out from the company website, this is about 3 to 4 weeks after purchase. I waited eight weeks and nothing. When I called the rebate company they pointed the finger at lens.com. When I called lens.com their explanation was they were unable to process my rebate because it had expired. Ironically, the rebate form states it takes about eight weeks to process; so as I patiently waited for my rebate card, my rebate was expiring. Horrible business practices. They weren’t even willing to credit me $150 to make things right. If you think you’re getting a sale, be forewarned, this company does not honor their promotions. With inflation and prices Skyrocketing, you would think the $150 rebate that was due to what was a loyal customer would be honored. Shameless…"
