"The web page advertised Air Optix at $10.49 per box after rebate, but then you tacked on "fees" that more than tripled the cost! It would have been over $35 per box after rebate! I'm not a big fan of a company that advertises an $85 rebate on four boxes, but then adds an extra $85 "fee" right before checkout. I had to buy different product that didn't have a rebate. I got a good price and I'm happy with my purchase, but I felt like the fee issue was really dishonest. When I emailed about it, they tried to explain that the fees help them provide better customer service. Most companies provide customer service without charging extra fees for it."

It was easy to order, they did all the prescript confirmation with my doc, and shipped fast despite my ordering at the very end of the year. It was also the best prices on the internet by a large margin and didn't have to deal with having to go through rebates. They even sent an email to make sure you got it because you know these days deliveries can go haywire. Very happy overall."
"Pretty much same complaint as everyone else. Rebates are a joke. Last rebate from an order took 6 months. Now it's taking longer. Order placed 6/23/22. Still haven't received the rebate so this is not a one off. Their service level excuse is a joke. I have received other rebates in a short period of time so there is no excuse for what's happening. Also, keep an eye on their fees section when you make a purchase. It's ridiculously high. When I asked for a breakdown of that cost, I was told they couldn't give it to me. That's a joke."
