"I have used lensrentals 4-5 times now and I am always very happy with the products I rent, the packaging, the ease of use of the service. But when I received my last order (Fuji x100f) the whole exterior was beat up. I know this presumably has no effect on image quality (although if it was previously dropped, maybe it does), I had just never rented a product that looked that worn out before. Maybe you can reassure the customer by including some type of acknowledgment that the camera is beat up? That way we know we are not going to be questioned about the dings and dents that already exist.
In all, I truly do not care about the appearance as long as it performs well, which it did. I absolutely love this service and will definitely use it again - no question. Just surprised cause it was the first time I’d seen it damaged at all like that. Thanks!"

"I used other services before to rent camera equipment but I will say that LensRentals availability to deliver to FedEx offices is what makes me choose them. I dont have to worry about being home and missing the delivery - I can just watch tracking and head over to the FedEx office. In addition - their packaging of their gear is by far the best.
