" I order a lot online. These knuckleheads back ordered two items. Then they sent me an email that required me to verify I still wanted the order. The subject line does not say anything that would suggest an action is required, order on hold… So I never opend the email.
So the parts didn’t ship and I was expecting to receive them two days from now.
Plus when I verified I still wanted the order the damn system wouldn’t except it !!!
Obviously they think everybody has enough time to read every stupid email that is sent to them ... which I don’t have and I’m sure most people Would not open this email unless it’s states the orders on hold or something like that.
So that’s why I gave them one star. I’m not going to get my parts until next week. I was going to use my vehicle next Monday for a trip.
