"On June 6, 2023 I ordered a suit from Lightin The Box, for my Son's wedding on July 22,2023. I did not realize until after I placed my order that the day I would receive my suit would be after the wedding. I reached out to Customer Service and Vitalik responded immediately with a solution. I was provided information on how to expedite my delivery so that I would receive my suit before the wedding. I was AMAZED at the level of service I received as a "first time buyer" and in such a timely manner (certainly won't be my last!)

"LITB has many products I have seen elsewhere, but for much better prices. Their items are unique and very appealing. You just have to be careful with the sizing when you are ordering clothes (check the size chart for each item, and always use your measurements.) Some things are not quite as they appear, so . . . look at all the photos, read the descriptions and check out the reviews before you decide and you should have a VERY pleasing and satisfying experience."

"My husband and I found LightintheBox online and thought we would try their products. They have some very colourful and unique tees for men and women, among other items too. I ordered some and we were pleasantly surprised at how good they actually are. You have to judge the sizes a bit, but mostly they are close and sometimes right on.
I have only had one issue so far and that was the latest order I made. Two tee shirts for my hubby. One was not printed well, with spots of colour missing over the entire shirt. I contacted customer service and was taken care of by Soumaya Mendour. No muss, no fuss, just a complete refund and very promptly also. Didn't even have to send the defective shirt back.

Well, many of the things I buy from Amazon are already made overseas; LightInTheBox cuts out the middleman and has amazing deals and coupons - not annually or on special singular days, but every day all year long. I discovered them by clicking on a link - one that proved to be real for a change - and wonderful. Be aware that some sizes are way off, so I’ve had to re-order many things in larger sizes. Returning is NOT cost effective. The other thing is the time it takes to receive the orders - but you know what? The items at these prices are worth the wait."
