"I ordered an anti-snoring device but the wrong item was sent. I complained and was told I should return the item to China at my expense for a refund. The cost of doing so exceeded the value of the item. I was then offered a refund of 60% of the item price and keep the (useless) item. I accepted that as it was the least damaging to me. In the end I have forked out a net £10 for a useless item, none of it my fault. This is awful service and although the customer service team were polite and helpful, the fact remains that I feel as if I've been screwed!"

I got a broken robot as the post treats the posts rather badly. I have watched them throw them to my door. As long as you are careful about sizes and read the reviews before you buy you are rather safe. The problem is when things go wrong. I was devastated, thought nothing could be done as it was my error, but contacted the service desk anyway. A lady by the name of Nikita helper me, she reduced the number of items to one of each and immediately arranged a refund into my credit card. "The purchasing process and sending my order by lightinthebox was all very good. We had a problem with Australian post. They refused to deal with me and I contacted lightinthebox, specifically Ghazi. This person replied promptly, was very helpful and as a result my order was sent to me second time. All items are as I expected and I'm very happy with the outcome. I hope lightinthebox could get their money from Australian post. But I doubt it. I would buy from lightinthebox again "
