""Happy to serve you", was Amira Mostafa's first line of each email. I had to return a lovely Trench coat because it was not a good fit for me due to the styling. The return post to China was delayed due to both industrial action and suspended because of the cyber attack on Royal Mail services. After trying to return the item twice Amira contacted the manufacturer and agreed that I would receive a refund without the trouble of waiting for the resolution of the postal issues. Lightinthebox returned the refund immediately less the postage fees. Thanks Amira Mostafa."

It's a pleasure to be able to choose between a vast range of different and unique items, which cannot be found in local shops. It's a bit of a gamble, to pick the correct size and obvious you need to wait for weeks in some cases before you receive the package, which is understandable in my opinion. Quality of the items varies, but all positive. A bonus are their flash sales! All things considered, planning on buying some more items throughout the year."

Mit Rücksendung habe ich eine neue Probleme bekommen, weil Deutsche Post derzeit nimmt keine Pakete an. Frau Silvia vom Kundendienst hat mir gebeten die Jacke mit Maßband fotografieren, um falsche Größe anzeigen. Das habe ich gern gemacht und Frau Silvia hat meine Probleme gelöst, schnell und freundlich.
