Then Tatyana came on board when I pushed the didn’t agree link to the options. Her email started with “Hello Martha” then she put forward quite clearly options of what could be done and how to go about it. Tatyana knew my name and she looked into what I was asking and gave good clear direction. Absolutely great customer care service."
