A replacement was scheduled and shipped out today without me having to go through any trouble of dropping off the damaged brooch with their local partners. A part of me feels sad about their loss, however I appreciate when people take responsibilities for their actions or inactions.

"Après une première utilisation de mes deux paires de chaussures de danse, je suis plutôt satisfaite. Un petit détail : la description de la semelle sur le site n'est pas très claire. Il serait intéressant d'avoir clairement l'inscription "à n'utiliser qu'en intérieur" (ce qui est le cas pour l'une des deux paires (noire), par ailleurs vraiment très confortable).
L'autre paire (argent) a une semelle gomme, et est un peu plus raide sur le dessus du pied."

Isporuka: Samo je jedna pošiljka dugo putovala (7 meseci) ali je to korisnička služba (supervizor) dobro rešio. Ostale pošiljke su stizale za oko mesec dana, ponekad i kraće.
Primedba: Korisnička služba daje samo neke automatizovane poruke i ne udubljuje se u problem.
