"I purchased a pair of shoes that were too small. At ALL OTHER MAIL ORDER stores you can exchange or return them. There is ridiculous return policy with LightInTheBox as in, return the shoes to China??? Are you kidding me? They offer:
a) Keep the item and receive a reward of 20% of the product's value. (*SO YOU CAN HAVE MORE AGGRAVATION IF IT DOESN'T FIT)
b) Keep the item with a refund of 10% of the product's value. (** Great. So I'll receive 10% of the $59.83. Good deal for LightInTheBox!)
Do not order anything from China. It costs too much to return items and is a rip-off. In the future, I will stay with AMERICAN companies that I am assured accept returns in a normal way, e.g., I purchase something, it doesn't work, I return it for full compensation."
