"I placed an order with my ticket ID 24790878. I realized the logo was placed backward on a jacket I ordered. I quickly got in touch with customer service and explain to customer service agent Gabriela my situation. She made me feel so at ease I knew I was in good hands. When someone genuinely tries to help you, you get vibes they are doing their best to solve your dilemma. Gabriela investigated my claims and got in touch with the distributor to rectify the error with urgency. She was clear and efficient with communicating back to me. When the distributor got back to Gabriel and she gave me the bad news, I was heartbroken. She was emphatic about my problem with my order. She gave me a small discount for all the trouble and errors on the jacket. As helpful as she was she did her best in assisting me. If it was up to her I'm sure my jacket would have been done correctly. Wish I can give her more stars. She is a perfect role model of customer service. Hope she is recognized by her superiors what a great asset she is to the company. "

- Andreï took the case and had kind words at each step,
- He took care of my worries, he served my interest and refunded me after pictures were taken,
- Then I found back the "missing" stuff and decided to check any package straight at receiving!
- Andreï politely avoided to say any word on my mistake and simply mentioned a back cancelling of the refund.
I feel he is a good, quiet, and concentrated person, able to keep balance in complex situations. The kind of staff I should employ in my business. Approved! /
There is a concurrent entreprise doing the same job as LITB. But their customer service is a surrealistic catastrophe of the "ohhh my lol" type. This adds even more to my positive statement about LITB's management, who simplify this delicate job of the after-sale's questions, and who prefer to work with really professional agents. Greetings!!

Sometimes it's hard to judge an item from a website photo, but no worries!
I contacted Customer Service and submitted a Return Ticket, then Silvia contacted me.
Silvia offered sincere apologies on behalf of LITB and was very polite and professional.
Silvia provided clear instructions on how to process my Return. She also said she was very sorry for the inconvenience and really regrets what happened and for any problems that may have caused.

Silvia then offered 3 solutions to choose from to resolve my issue.
I was able to receive a full refund and Silvia also gave me a $5.00 Promotional Reward which made the entire process exceed my expectations.

"Company took nearly 2 months to send me the wrong product, and when I asked for a refund they said they will only issue a refund if I ship it back to China and cover return shipping costs. I'd gladly ship it back if they prepaid the shipping, but I'm not going to pay shipping for their mistake. I've looked into the company now and see this is a pattern for them. Terrible customer service. They clearly don't care about retaining customers at all."
