Fraudeurs van lightinthebox

"Ik bestel een winterjas voor mijn zoon op basis van hun maattabel (5XL) á €56,90 ex verzendkosten van €16,44. Dan begint het gezeik na 1 dag al, ze bieden de jas aan met een korting van 52% procent. Natuurlijk wil ik deze korting ook, maar krijg helaas maar 20% cashback. Dan zie ik weer 2 dagen later, dat exact dezelfde jas door hunzelf, maar via Aliexpress verkocht word voor ca. 19 euro en gratis verzending. Dus weer in de pen geklommen, maar kreeg geen respons. Komt de jas uiteindelijk binnen, een week later dan de planning (planning groeide mee met de aangemaakte tickets), blijk de jas geen 5XL te zijn. Zelfs ik krijg de jas maar net dicht, en ik heb gewoon XL. Weer aan het mailen geslagen, maar kan de jas ongeschonden terugsturen, met de goedkoopste pakketdienst volgens hun woorden. Maar ik mag GEEN gebruik maken van DHL, DPD, GLS of UPS, dus blijft PostNL over, en verzendkosten zijn voor eigen rekening. Verzending komt volgens hun uit Groot Britanië, maar mag het terugsturen naar China, ook al iets wat niet klopt. Dus de jas heeft mij uiteindelijk minus de 20%, ruim €61,00 gekost (all-in). Ze zijn bereid om me €56,00 terug te betalen, maar daar gaan de verzend- en douane kosten van minimaal €40,00 nog vanaf, dus houdt misschien €16,00 + de €12,00 die ik al had = €28,00 over, en dan weet ik nog niet wat voor extra kosten erbij komen, plus litb zou ook nog eens moeten oordelen over het product wat terug komt. Mijn kosten voor een hoop energie mijner zijde, en niks in handen... MINIMAAL voor €45,00 opgelicht door lightinthebox.com."

Very Happy with Lightinthebox.

"I was searching special bulbs that I found it only there.
with 2 nos bulk purchase everything arrived well except one fragile bulb.
I have opened a ticket and was surprised by a prompt positive reply from Miss Nesrine.
The bulb was replaced for free.

Exceptional Customer Service

"I must say that I unfortunately did not received an item ordered due to an incorrect address. Not sure how this happened however LightinTheBox customers service was exceptional. Kept me up to date and the actions required to correct the situation. Andrei was exceptional in this case. You can tell the quality of a company by the service you get when things go wrong.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone and would say thank you Andrei!
