Silvia replied and offered me three options and I chose the third option to replace the item and with a returns label, as I needed an identical light to match the working one which has been installed on the same wall By return, Silvia kindly offered so send me a replacement at no cost and without my having to return the old one. The new light has now arrived and I am awaiting the electrician to install it."

"On 1 November I logged a complaint about a smart sport watch I bought in July. The watch was advertised to be used for swimming as part of its features. On my first attempt at using it for swimming the watch got water damaged. The initial response from customer service was that the item will not be replaced citing use not designed for as the basis. After a number of back and forth mails in which my. Laim was at first rejected and disputed, customer service agent Sylvia stepped in and offered to assist. She kept me informed at and responded promptly to my questions replies and responses.
By reviewing my claim evidence and facts she managed to settle the claim /dispute to my satisfaction and I am now awaiting the arrival of my replacement sport watch.
