"Dear Customer Service!
I tried to send the wrong size product back, but the address is nowhere to be sent back! Probably because it can't be sent back, which of course is best for you! According to the help return instructions - Customer service - complaint ticket - return or exchange option shows the return address according to you !!!!!!!!!! But not visible !!!!
Please send me the return address as soon as possible so that I can return the product!

Avoid buying clothes

"This company doesn’t even come close to using American sizing.
I have had two negative experiences with them.
The first time, I ordered some XL shirts and they were so small, that I thought that they gave me Boys XL instead. We exchanged several emails concerning this issue and eventually they gave me a full refund and did not want me to ship back the items. So I will give their customer service good marks.
You may wonder why I would order from them again. It was because I ordered from Ador.com and it turned out that they were the same company.
This time I ordered a windbreaker jacket, again XL. They do have a sizing chart and with this company I would strongly urge you to look at that chart and take some measurements before ordering from them. For this jacket, their 4XL would not have fit me. In USA terms, their XL was actually a small.
This time they gave me back half the money I paid and I’m going to give the jacket to Goodwill. I will say that the jacket itself was very nice and well constructed.
I would hope that if they want to continue to market to the USA that they reset their sizing, or at least put a warning on their website.

Bra kundservice

"Jag hade oturen att mitt paket inte kunde levereras till min adress då jag varit tvungen att hastigt flytta därifrån efter en brand. Mitt paket skickades tillbaka till ett centrallager. De på LightInTheBox skulle ordna med en ny fraktfri leverans av mitt paket. Men då kom tyvärr mitt paket bort. Jag kände att de på LighInTheBox ändå gjorde allt i sin makt för att hjälpa mig och jag hade turen att få bra hjälp att lösa min situation och att få tillbaka mina pengar. Det var positivt att jag i kontakten med LightInTheBox fick maila med en och samma person på kundservice, Silvia hette hon som hjälpte mig, jag kände att hon var kunnig, trevlig och tillmötesgående och talade om i varje mail att hon fanns där för att hjälpa mig. Jag kan tyvärr inte säga något om deras produkter då mitt paket kom bort/Lenita"

A Reasonable Resolution

"I ordered a cycling jacket and chose "XL" size, though I usually wear "L", to be sure of a roomy fit. What came was tagged "XL", but its actual measurements made it a Small to Medium, according to the Lightinthebox sizing chart. So clearly there is a quality control problem somewhere. Unfortunately Lightinthebox does not have a policy for prepaid return shipping. I exchanged several emails with service rep Yuriy, who understood that here in Canada sending out small packets from a non-business is prohibitively expensive. So he arranged a full refund without the need to send the jacket back, just suggesting that I give it to a charity. This was a reasonable resolution.

Only thing, the jacket was actually really nice and would have been great in the right size. But if I can not trust the sizing information, how can I buy online?

Unsuitable blouse

"I purchased a blouse which arrived quite quickly unfortunately it didnt fit well and wantrd to return it.

I have been in contact a few times with them by email and happy to say Silvia resolved the situation for me and I am pleased with outcome. Silvia replied quickly to my correspondence .

Article et envoi problématiques VS Très bon service après-vente

"J'attribue un 2/5 à l'article reçu au regard de sa qualité plutôt décevante ainsi qu'au respect des échéances de réception du colis.

Par contre, j'attribue un 5/5 au service après-vente.
En effet, ce dernier (en la personne de l'agent Nesrine) a pris les dispositions nécessaires pour mettre en premier plan la satisfaction du client. J'ajoute également que les échanges avec cet agent ont été aussi bien cordiaux et faciles que rapides.

Beste børstene jeg har kjøpt noen gang. Plastikk er kanskje en plage for noen, men ikke for meg. Plastikk er ganske så brukbart

"Disse er de beste hårbørstene for å lages av plast. Har ikke brukt noe bedre enn disse på mitt hår. Anbefaler ikke frisør produkter, men disse børstene er best."
