"I ordered a shirt that in my opinion did not match up to the colour displayed online.
It was not the colour I expected or wanted and I also did not like the material.
I contacted customer services and Andrei dealt with my complaint.
He investigated it and thanked me for bringing it to his attention.
Andrei granted me a full refund which was a nice surprise and although I was willing to return the shirt Andrei told me not to bother returning it.
This was an excellent outcome and more than I could have expected.
