"I unfortunately ordered an item that did not meet my expectations in terms of what I thought I was buying and accordingly chose to return the item. My initial email to LightInTheBox resulted in an immediate response worth an easy guide as to how I could proceed to make the return. Silvia was my contact and she was very pleasant and helpful to deal with. She gave me all the options in terms of keeping the item with discounts but I wanted to just to return the item and get a refund.
