"I don't normally write reviews, but on this occasion I can really, truly, thank Rui for sorting out the problem I had when trying to return a dress (which turned out too big for me) and a pair of trousers (which were not linen and cotton). Whilst I have retained the items, I could not afford to return the goods to the address given and I explained problem to Rui. Within 24 hours, with a couple of exchanges of emails, it was all resolved to my satisfaction.

The only thing I might say, is, please, please have a returns policy, in the form of printable labels!! Thank you."

"We ordered some garden lights, no problem with light in the box but the courier service they used Yodel were absolutely rubbish. Finally we received our lights as I had to drive to the Yodel depot to pick them up myself.
