"We ordered clothes, that when we tried them did not fitt as well as we tought. So we returned them to China. After a few emails with Jose we got our money back. So that was top. Honoustly it costs us still money (about 21 euro) for sending it to China. That's a minor point.
Jose was very helping us and did everthing she could to make me understand the procedures how to handle.
So in the end we are a more possitive about this firm.

În ce priveste produsele: în general acestea și materialele din care sunt confecționate sunt de calitate, arată bine, conform pozelor de prezentare, dar am avut și nemulțumiri mari, în sensul că una dintre bluzele comandate era foarte prost croită și cusută la decolteu sau, chiar la ultima comandă primită, una din bluzele comandate (același model, aceeiasi mărime, culori diferite) era cel puțin două numere mai mare.

While L.I.T.B. cannot help that some packages get stuck in transit (In this case to the Netherlands), they did all they could to help out and ensure that everything worked out fine.
Silvia was the person in customer support who I mainly communicated with.
She was very helpful and respectful. When I expressed my dissatisfaction about the delay she was very understanding and tried to help out wherever she could.
In the end I did receive my order and was very pleased with the clothing.
Good quality, nice fabrics and even though I had to wait longer than anticipated for my order to arrive, great service too.
So all in all I will rate L.I.T.B and their customer support department with 5 stars!
