"After some pointless back-and-forth directly with LightInTheBox over an item that was not true-to-size and nothing like the photo, I opened a claim with Paypal.
LightInTheBox "very reasonably" asked that I return the item TO A GROUP OF SWEATSHOPS IN CHINA at my expense. They provided a shipping label.
I bought a waterproof mailer and tape and paid $28.85 to send the item back to CHINA, because the company is too shady to have a US fulfillment center.
My $50 was refunded but they busted my chops, making me waste $30 and a lot of honest people's time to get it, knowing the package would go nowhere and the "return" would never be processed.
Sure enough, after about 6 months the mailer came back to me from China stamped "Returned Cargo".
What a waste; for me, the postal service, the shipper, and Chinese customs. Very mean-spirited."
"I order 2 pullovers and they were smaller/tighter than anticipated. I sent in the pictures of the measurements, and Coruncanius was very helpful with getting the matter resolved, was very kind, and shipped me a new pullover and let me keep the other as well. They have some really cool clothes, just go up 1-2 sizes bigger than normal and you should be good to go."
