"I found the response from Andrei very prompt and helpful in sorting out an initial mix up with one of the 5 items in my order that was not delivered (a different item was delivered in its place). Andrei was able to provide responses to my messages within 24hrs, and also to organise to have my missing item resent to me without any additional cost. He also informed me that I did not need to return the item sent by mistake (without any cost to me).
