Leider entsprach der Inhalt nicht der bestellten Ware. Nicht nur das es die falsche Farbe war, fehlte auch der Haken um den Brausegriff zu befestigen.
Nach einreichen der Beschwerde an den Kundenservice, wurde diese rasch von José bearbeitet. Nach ein paar mal hin und her schreiben und Lösungsangebote, haben wir uns auf eine Lösung geeinigt.
