Problem solved with shipping company

"Pablo was an Amazing help dealing with a terrible experience with a shipping company . He contacted the shipping company on my behalf and sorted out their problems . They were being very difficult and had false delivery claims . With Pablo's expert help i did get my parcel eventually . without Palo's help my parcel would have been sent back , not fault at all of Lightinabox . Pablo ou are Amazing . Thank you very much "

"Wherever I go I get compliments on the shirt designs and vividness of color. Even Target does not have such sharp looking designs.

Never again

"I purchased $223.15 in merchandise including $37 express shipping. It took 3 weeks to get here and the majority of tge clothes did not fit. Now I want a refund for $132.00 worth of clothes and they are only offering $86.00. But with me having to pay shipping @ close to $80 dollars , I end up losing all together. As a return customer who ordered before this the treatment i get. Never again"

Slow response is customer service!

"Attempted to place an online order for many shirts and shorts. Couldn't access my PayPal to pay, so I backed up to change payment method. Upon review, this order had suddenly disappeared!!!
So I reordered what I could remember, plus much more, paid thru PayPal. However, I immediately realized I had left 1 item off the original order, and simply asked to add that to my paid order, such that it would all be shipped together for 1 shipping charge. I had even upgraded to Gold status in the paid order, to reduce the excessive shipping fees (I get Amazon shipping for free but a same status!!!!)
No way to chat with anyone, and by the time they answer my email messages they said not t possible to add, just place another order.... when ch means go ahead and pay US for ANOTHER PRICEY SHIPPING FEE!!!
YOUR SYSTEM ****, YOU NEED A CHAT LINE FOR IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE!!!
