Please do not engage with us anymore. Thank you"."

"This company really goes above and beyond to make sure you love your product. I did not love my product, and it was my own fault. I approved a proof that in hindsight I should not have approved, at least not without asking some questions. When I received the product, I was very disappointed. But that did not last long.
Diana in the Quality Control department is working with me to make sure that my product is exactly what I want and I'm thoroughly impressed with their care for their customers. I know what it means to go above and beyond to take care of your customers and it's really refreshing when you find other people who will do that too. "I placed an order for some company shirts, not a large order, just something for a mom and pop shop Christmas gift that I wanted to have ready for photos in late November. I realized I had put in the wrong color at my checkout because I had been between two different ones! I immediately called and not only did the customer service far exceed my expectations with their speed at answering and helping me, but they did not charge me any extra for making a mistake on the order because they had not started it just yet (and everything comes with a price it feels like nowadays). The process had been so easy to make the shirts with my family's logo, and my wife thinks I look great, so I am ready for those new promotional shots!

They used the wrong color thread also. On top of all of that, customer service took two days to contact me after I filed a complaint and then called.

"I had been emailing my rep to see where my order was. I got no reply, but got my order shortly thereafter. Unfortunately, none of the shirts fit properly and many of the items (including the most important ones) still had the stitching backing paper on it on the inside and the plastic on the logo on the outside. I am STILL trying to pick out the plastic from my logo. It's horrible. I had no trouble with my other orders, but this horrid quality has made me want to look elsewhere. I mean, didn't anyone even LOOK at the order before it was boxed? How can you let something like that go out the door? Even an 8 year old would know that wasn't right."
"This was our first (and LAST) order! 1) ordered August 29...just arrived TODAY (Sept 27)!! In the meantime we bought 3 shirts locally and they were done in a day! 2) quality of hats is TERRIBLE 3) Wanted the name "Nick" on both the XL shirts...setup the shirt with the name in addition to the logo, set quantity to 2 and only 1 shirt has the name on it...FOUR LETTERS FOR $10.99!! RIP OFF!!! 4) Items came in a box with no receipt/shipping list. Everything about this experience was terrible. Your items are cheap - and that is both an indication of the price and the quality of the service."
