"I ordered some of their inexpensive caps for giveaways and they are made from paper! They are wrinkled and look so cheap that I wont even give them away. I'm sure they wont take them back, so they are going in the trash. I recommend shopping local where you can see samples. This has is nothing like the picture shown. I will gladly pay a little more and buy locally than from these people. "
"complete trash service and staff. I was a long time customer but they have done downhill fast... In november I paid for a re-order when the proof they sent me did not match up with what I got in my initial order. My cc was expired when they tried to bill me, so I paid with an updated card over the phone. I STILL PAID for the re-order even though their answer was (well proofs arent always accurate) - this company will not ship until you pay. More than 3 months later I get a collections threat (not an inquiry), and they insist I pay again... this is over $25 bucks mind you. I stand my ground, that I had paid over the phone, and have my items in hand, and they insist I am not paying. Below is the email I got from staff member Sherry Montiel - please read it to see the type of people you are going to be dealing with if you get involved with logo up.

"I placed an order (August 28, 2019) from this company as they had come recommended by a friend. I ordered "today" to get the special sale prices and was very careful with what shirts I was looking for. Long story short, first approval was sent to me and I responded that I wanted to change my order due to an unexpected cost for doing my first request; no problem. So I resent the design with "names" separated by shirt sizes/styles. I got my proof back and the shirts were a mess with the names, sizes, and styles so I separated my order by listing "Name" with what shirt/size for the four people this order was for (but it included 8 shirts). They sent me another proof to which I had to correct the "Name" with size/style again but this time they were telling me that there was an extra shirt with no name.
Finally, the proof represented what I was asking for. I waited, nothing telling me it was shipped yet. I checked again and still nothing. I was about to give up as these were bowling shirts and we were nearly two months into the season and the shirts finally showed up (beginning of November) costing more than the original price that was on the original order form AND didn't have the correct shirts in the order.
There is no way to talk to a soul with this organization. There is no way to even email a person and get a timely response. I see your great reviews online, but I have to say I did not have a good experience and I didn't end up with the correct shirts when all was said and done. It took too long in my eyes to get the order and I didn't want to send anything back and never see it or a replacement again because I would be sending it and never hearing anything back. You are quick to email me back to say RESPONSE NEEDED but you never respond to my concerns."
"I have been doing business with Logo up for years, but lately it's like they don't even try anymore. The last two orders I received were total crap. Hats were smashed beyond recognition, Silk Screen T-Shirts (on last order) that looked like they had already faded in the wash, and logo on a jacket about as small as they could get away with, making which diminishes my Brand recognition. I don't know what has happened with Logo Up, but they have definitely gone down hill."

This is false/misleading advertising. When I pointed this out with screenshots, the response from the company was "Hi there, it is unbelievable how you are spending your time trolling our page. Please do not engage with us anymore. Thank you"."
