"Great product(s) and quality stitching. Wish it didn’t take so long to receive orders. I’m in Colorado and have ordered twice now and it’s usually 3 to 4 weeks out before I receive my product. 2 week turnaround would be nice. My last order took 29 days from order placed to delivered."
"Told 3-5 day turnaround with 2 day shipping. Took a full month to get anything. I called for a week before ever getting in touch with customer service, kept getting excuses and promises. I won’t be ordering from them again. "

"I placed a 20 piece order on the 18th of June and hadn't received any up date as to what stage my product was in . After calling LogoUp the customer service representative explained that my order had not been placed into production due to a high volume of production and fulfillment caused by a promotion that LogoUp had run, I guess this meant that my items were not important to LogoUp! She went on to explain how LogoUp would ship my items by July 19th, an entire month after I placed my order. This will be the absolute last time I used LogoUp ,the lack of planning and concern for their customers time line is unacceptable. I was also told that Nothing could be done to fix this error and a rush delivery wasn't and option. In my opinion, I should have at least received an email explaining why I hadn't receive my merchandise. "
"So.... after over a month of waiting my hats finally showed! A MONTH! The stitching is so messed up that you can't even read the words. When I say messed up, I mean it looks like I took a needle and thread by hand and after suffering multiple self inflicted injuries, just gave up and threw the hat in a box and shouted..."GOOD ENOUGH". So here is where it gets good.... I open a ticket..because that is the only way to get the issue in front of someone. After my sense of urgency has been pushed aside for the past month, I thought "hey, why not communicate with a computer over a human"?. After my initial shock wore off from seeing this embroidery abomination, I picked up the phone and called customer service. Which to my surprise can't service the customer because all issues are handled externally and that department doesn't communicate with the other. So here I am, waiting for a response while I leave hundreds of dollars **** in a product I wouldn't wish upon fed ex to even deliver."
