"I took several days to find the right polo shirts for my company and employees. I ordered 23 polo shirts, uploaded logo, and paid for services. I get an email 3 days later saying my order has not been processed and is waiting on me to make a decision about how to proceed with their stitching guidelines. I was told I had to pay and additional processing fee of $4.99 per shirt and a design logo fee of $49. It was because my logo will require more thread or stitching than a normal logo on shirt would. So when I did the math with the upsold pricing and shipping it was almost double what I could get done at any local shop. The only upside to is was that they never charged my card so I didn't have to wait for a refund. The Rep who I spoke with was very helpful and informative but he don't set the prices or make the rules. I'm just upset cause now I spent over a week looking for shirts and thinking the ones I picked out were being designed which was not the case. "
