"Service was great, especially considering that they were being hit by a Hurricane. Very impressed with their dedication to service and their job, during such a difficult time for them (which they did not even whimper about). I ordered 5 items and 4 are great. Their was one zip up fleece from port authority with an extremely crooked zipper. That would be the manufacturer I guess, won't order that one again. I mean it looks like a 2nd grader lined it up. The rest are great."

"1. My order took very long to get embroidered and delivered. Nearly 2 weeks+.
2. The quality of my scrub top wasn't as expected. It felt cheap. I thought it would be good quality like activeware because the brand was CHEROKEE, but i was wrong.
3. I like my nusring jacket. However, it is cheap thin material. I literally freeze in it. But it does look nice.
4. I paid $90 dollars for only 3 items. (2 thin scrub tops and a thin nursing jacket). It did rack up a bill. But i really needed my company logo.
5. What i will say is that, they did do wonderful embroidery. They were spot on with what i wanted despite not following the thread colors even when i sent it to them. I like my jacket.
6.Also another issue i had (NOT THEIR FAULT) is they only use fedex shipping. I've had so many horrible experiences with this shopping company. Hopefully they open up to using USPS carrier. "
" So basically a few months ago I ordered a bunch of hats and submitted my logo and for some reason the order was canceled. So then I ordered them again and once again it was canceled. And then I ordered them a third time and used a discount code then the discount code was taken off And then went back-and-forth with customer support and finally the order started to process but then logos were done wrong and still waiting for them to finish."

High quality products and excellent work with the embroidery (and we have a very intricate logo!). Super responsive customer service that had no problem helping us sort out a discrepancy.
