However, when my logo proof was sent for my approval the font had been changed and I didn't notice it when I approved the work. "I ordered on Friday and called on Tuesday to check on the order. I told them I needed the order by Thursday or Friday the latest as I was attending a conference starting on Saturday out of state and needed the items for the conference. I was told that the order would be noted and it shouldn't be a problem. When they didn't arrive on Thursday, I called at lunchtime to followup again. I was told that my order was complete and that it was shipping out that night and I will get it on Friday. I hadn't even gotten a tracking number yet. When I checked on Friday, I did have a tracking number finally and clicked it to see what the status was. It was not sent Fed Ex ground as I was told, but by regular mail. It was delivered to an Orlando processing center and had been sitting there all day. I was then told by their customer service agent that 99% of the time, it goes out by FedEx ground and he doesn't know why mine wasn't. I told him that the agent looking at my record yesterday would've seen how it was being sent and should've catch it right then before it left their building!! I had ordered for other agents as well and now none of us will have our items for the conference and I'll have to ship it to them after I return out of my pocket!!! The agent said I can drive to the facility and try to pick it up tonight. REALLY??? I have to get my work completed and pack for my flight in the morning!!! I don't need to be on a goose chase in the evening. It's one thing if I didn't keep track of it myself, but I called on 2 days this week checking on the order, and both agents said I will have it by Friday. The phone number listed does not go thru for the facility either! VERY>>>VERY>>>> DISAPPOINTED!!!!!"
