"They promise 7-day shipping if you already have a logo on file but they have never once delivered within 7 days. When I emailed them to find out where my product was, I was informed that they meant 7 business days, even though it doesn't say that anywhere but one obscure place in the terms and conditions. It doesn't say business days anywhere else on the website or in their emails. The site and emails all say "7-day delivery" and nothing more.
The customer service rep I dealt with then told me they did ship within 7 business days because they created a shipping label. They didn't actually ship the product, they just created a label and tried to say that meets the expectation.
Even though I had a logo on file, I did not get my product for over 2 weeks, which happens every time. If it happened once, fine. But this happens every time.
Blaming the customer when they have clearly made an effort to be deceiving about their shipping in is nonsense. They need to be clear on their intentions or fix thier shipping times, not try to pass the buck onto the customer."
