"First off they didn't digitalize the logo I submitted. So my order was delayed and didn't arrive in time to give it as a gift and the only reason I purchased it. Also the hats were not the quality I had expect as I own other hats from the same manufacture. I don't mind paying for subpar embroidery at $9 per hat but at $24 a hat the value isn't there. "
"I loved how my product turned out. There is one glaring issue in the process that should be refined.
When the proofs are sent out, and I decline the proof, I am asked to enter a reason or what is wrong. When I did this (3 separate times), no one responded to my issue, and no one indicated that any changes were made. The same proof images were sent to be on the final 3 occasions, with no indications that any changes were made.
Please allow for actual interaction with customers to ensure our orders come out great. I was hesitant after the lack of personal interaction to ensure that my logos would be of an adequate size on the gear I ordered.
I was pleasantly (dare I say 'Awesomely') surprised when I got them delivered today, that they look fantastic.
Just button up the interaction process a little.

"I have ordered almost exclusively from Logoup for our company apparel for the past 3 years. Order lots or one piece at a time with fast turn around. Quality name brands that are less expensive with embroidery than I can buy just the item somewhere else. Orders have been perfect and only have had to contact them 1 time with excellent service. I can't say enough good things about Logoup!"
"We have been ordering company polos from Logoup for a few years now. We recently purchased a different model number Polo since our original choice was out of stock. We always order black or charcoal (greyish tone). With the new model number, they had Charcoal as an option so we went with it. When we received the product, the color is a greenish tone like Olive Green, no where near grey or charcoal. When asked about the color, customer support said "Well, that is Charcoal. We do not offer that shirt in Olive Green". Terrible customer service experience when we have been a client for years. They should name the color that we received "Olive Green" because that is what it looks like. I can label a shirt White, but if it actually looks and is light yellow, it should be "light yellow". At this point, they still have not resolved the issue, provided a refund, or replacement."
