"We ordered two types of hats for our company from LogoUp. Shipping was fast, and the products we received were of good quality. However, one of the products we received was not the exact product we ordered! I have tried numerous times to contact customer service, via chat, email and phone. Despite my attempts, I have never gotten a response (and the chat on the website won't ever work)! I would have given them a 5 star rating had they been available to discuss the mistake with me, and done something to remedy it. Unfortunately, we won't be ordering with this company again."

"Initial order came with logo embroidered in incorrect position on all items. After going through multi-day process to resolve through Quality Control Dept., a replacement order was processed. Replacement arrived with nearly identical issue. Quality Control responded three days later offering to refund amount of purchase without any explanation into the reason for two flawed orders (and more importantly 5+ weeks and counting without receiving the items I ordered in usable condition.) I followed up indicating that I was happy to pay and asking if we could get a corrected (and quality checked prior to shipping) order expedited, I received a curt response to the effect that they could not embroider the items correctly and suggesting I go to a local embroidery shop. A follow up call to customer service was met with similar apathy and a cold transfer to a voicemail box. Frankly, this is one of the most egregious examples of poor customer service that I've ever encountered. For perspective, these items are a very simple one-color logo on polo shirts and hats; nothing complex in the least. I have received nearly identical embroidered polos before from LogoUp without issue so I'm genuinely confused as to what the problem is here...and even more so by awful customer service. Just a disaster of an experience through and through. "
