"I have gotten zero response when I ordered some merchandise and to have a company logo added to it. Was told it's going to be a $19.99 up charge to have it slightly enlarged. There was not info as to what the standard size the logo was going to be in the first place so I assumed I had to tell them how big I wanted it. I have sent 3 notifications since recieving the email stating there would be an up charge and have gotten ZERO RESPONSE. This is just flat ridiculous. As of right now my order is on Hold and dont think I want to continue with the purchase."
"First off everyone beware, if you have a problem they have no one that can talk with you over the phone. You must email in and wait 3 days between emails.
My story started with ordering hats, shirts, and bags from LogoUp on 12/10/18. At the same time I ordered other shirts, jackets, and bags from a competitor (different product needs). Within 6 days I had my correct order from the competitor. 8 days after my order I finally got a proof from LogoUp. We decided to remove one logo from a shirt (did not look good on the proof). We did not add anything, simply delete it. This took another 6 days to send a proof just for that. We approved same day. On the 7th of Jan, I am calling to check the status of the order since I have no heard anything. I am told they have it in production but no ETA on when it will actually be done. I have to continue to ask for an ETA as we had a trade show that we needed items for. Finally I get someone to agree they will get it out that week. Fast forward; we open the box and all the shirts are wrong. They have the wrong logo and do not match the proof at all. We call in to talk to someone explaining we can not wait another month for shirts. The gentleman says to submit a ticket online and they should respond within 24 hours however they are behind with all the end of year orders. I ask if there is someone we can speak with as we can not wait another month, the shirts are needed ASAP for a trade show at the end of the month. They have "no phones for their quality control department". I also ask about the billing, as I was billed for a second logo. Same response, that ha to go through quality control and they have no phones.
Terrible experience with LogoUp. It was our first and last order."

"I waited weeks for an order, had to email twice only to find out that they were backordered on one of the items. No one ever told me until I told them to cancel the order. One of the items was a sample hat to see if my design would look good before I ordered dozens of hats from them. "I’ve had the best experience with this company! We ordered hats and opened them yesterday! They are perfect! They kept in touch with us wonderfully. I thought at one point “this is taking too long” when someone messaged me stating the print didn’t look quite right and sent pictures of corrections. It was wonderful! They want things to look great and they take the time to do that. So impressed with this company will order from them again! "

"I went ahead and went with the promotion they had going and purchased six caps. The logo they created was "marginal" at best but I went ahead and went with it. They were ordered on December the 9th and delivered last Friday the 4th of January. When I opened the box I saw the hats and was a little disappointed as I looked at each one and saw that the logo wasn't even centered when it was sewn on the hats. The hats are good quality I just wasn't too happy with the logo and the fact the logo that was sewn on them wasn't even centered. I'm glad I didn't order a bunch of them. Not sure if I will even order anymore."
"I have placed multiple orders with LogoUp over the years. Every single order has always shipped out WAY later than promised. They advertise that ship 7 business days after logo approval. It has actually taken an average of 13 business days since logo approval before any orders have shipped. If you have a deadline, do NOT order from LogoUp even if they claim the deadline can be met. Your order WILL be LATE.
The products have been great quality and the embroidery has been spot on. There have been a few items were some threads came loose before the order arrived, but they were able to be cut off without affecting appearance. The prices are very reasonable for what you receive."

"I took advantage of their 'free' design for a logo'd cap. What they don't tell you is that they will come up with a less than satisfactory logo and then you have to pay them to change it. You get no input up front. Then they want to hit you with all of the change fees to change their crappy design. I got my caps and they are terrible. The logo is disproportionate to the size of the cap and it looks terrible. If they had experience, they would be able to look at the cap and know that it was off. Wasted $100 on caps with this company. I do NOT recommend."
