"I wanted to love LogoUp, but their approach is to list some good deals and then switch them. I requested a hat, and that the logo be in a specific place on the hat. I sent them my logo. They clearly stated all over the site that they include free art, and do not specific any caveats to that. So when I got my invoice, they stated that they would have to size my logo (which they have to do anyway) to print it in my picked location. This would cause extra fees. This is a bait and switch. When I asked them about this I was told that is how it is. So I ask to cancel my order if that is how they plan to do business, and without any reasonable effort at customer service they just canceled the order. I guess making any money is not part of their business model unless it has hidden fees. Go elsewhere, LogoUp clearly is not one to do business with."
"I work for a small car dealership and we ordered polo shirts for all the employees. The fabric quality is nice and fresh and the logo looks great on the shirts. We have been very impressed with the overall experience from shopping on the site, to ordering, to shipment and delivery and product quality. I also ordered a fleece jacket for the upcoming fall/winter season as it was at a discounted price. When I received the fleece the zipper pull immediately broke off. I called customer service and they showed me how to start a customer ticket. The customer service rep was friendly and helpful and within the same business day I got a response regarding my concerns and they are shipping out a new fleece to replace the damaged product. They also aren't requiring that I ship back the damaged product so I don't need to worry about shipping/returning issues or credits. Thanks LogoUp for a pleasant experience. We will definitely be shopping with you all again!"

"I love LogoUp, their quality has always been superb. Still is with this order. But it nearly took a month to get my polos. I got an email asking to approved the proof, which I didn't reply to immediately, which may have caused delays...but this was LONG. I can't tell if this is our fault or theirs, because the last time I ordered with them, they sent everything out from order to receipt within 2 weeks. I called them to see how much sooner we can expedite the process and get me the polos before the trade show, and the rep on the phone said that they couldn't do anything, that I would need to pay near $100 to get it 1 day sooner than the estimated date. I passed of course. We ended up missing it for a trade-show and had to silk-screen some tshirts overnight. I might order from them again, though only if it's something like a month-2 out."

"Everything was great with the first order. The 8 shirts the Logo was awesome. The 2nd order which has 7 shirts was not so great. The logo was nowhere as good as the first order. The quality was not good. You misspelled Electrical ‘Electical. This was a Nike shirt so I couldn’t return it so I thru the shirt in the garbage can. I was so ****. "

"The embroidery is really good. Even with two colors it came out amazing. The polos I ordered on the other hand were really terrible quality. Sizing was way off as well. The larges fit like XXL and I even pulled out a measuring tape to check against the site. I also washed three of them as soon as I received them and one started pulling threads right away. On a white polo for a business event, not a great look. But the embroidery quality is great. I just wouldn't buy anything from LogoUp again unless I spent the extra dough for a brand name piece. I just wouldn't be able to order as many. "
