Brandon, told me to take my business else where. This company seems like they are running on discount and promotions, and thats all the staff defaulted to when trying to address the matter. "Every few months I check out the LogoUp site to see whats new or to reorder shirts for my employees. We install tankless boilers and tankless water heaters so its not long before shirts need to be replaced to keep everyone looking good. I love that LogoUp has a great assortment of shirts my guys can wear to work, but also some really nice gear they like to wear when off the job.

"I placed my order on June 22, I received a proof on June 28 after inquiring about it. There was an issue with how the logo looked so I sent back that part of the logo had dropped out. July 12 I finally received an updated proof. I only received a communication on July 9 because I had inquired about it. The lack of communication and the delays in receiving proofs were definitely under par. The shirts did ship a week after the approval on July 12. The polos look like the T in water is truncated. I work in the print business and understand that apparel would take longer, but the delay in proofs seem to have been what added to lag time in getting product. It shouldn’t take two weeks to get an updated proof and the initial proof was longer than the 2-3 business days that is stated when placing an order. These were prototypes and we will not be placing orders through this company going forward for our company shirts. "

"I have ordered from LogoUp several times. The works always looks great and for someone who orders smaller quantities they are wonderful on price and quality items. This last time I had a change in a logo color on one item. The system said it would take 48 hours to get back with a new proof. 4 or five days went by and nothing. I emailed a few times with no response. It finally got resolved well over a week later. That has been the only issue I have ever had with LogoUp. Hopefully won't have that problem again."
