"This is my second order with LogoUp. So far I've ordered about 7 embroidered shirts, two hats and two jackets (windbreakers). The quality and embroidery is great (name brand and regular brand). I love the proofs they send, before hand. The company is great with communication. I have so many different size logos saved, I choose the wrong one and was notified promptly. "I generally am pleased with their products and customer service. However, I find if you have multiple logos, they often have difficulty keeping track of which ones you asked to be on each item. This takes multiple proofs and increases the time even more."

"The products were very nice. The quality was what we we're expecting. I was told I would receive the product in 2 weeks. It took almost 4 weeks and I contacted customer service on several occasions. They just kept saying they were "overloaded". I placed another order seeing if there is a change. I don't recommend contacting support if you are trying to feel happy after your order.
2nd chance will be our next if we stay or if we go."

"I've placed several orders and each one has involved frustration, returns and replacements, extra waiting, numerous back and forth emails with customer support.
My recommendation to anyone would be to have them mail you an actual sew out of your logo...Take the extra time and insist on it. I wish I would have.
Even on the last order, and it's subsequent replacement order, they did not get not get my logo correct after several proofs, emails, and a phone call. I was sure that there was no way they could misunderstand my needs...again.
Customer service was courteous and helpful, but they just didn't deliver what I ordered.
Future orders will be placed elsewhere because I'm done waiting for my stuff to come and then for the shirts to have the wrong logo. "
"Package said delivered but never received and has now taken two weeks and have not got a answer on if they are sending new hats fast or reimbursing me "
"Started a new business and wanted a new logo. They wanted to charge me for my new logo because I used an old account to order it. If I had created a new account with my new business e-mail address, they would not charged me. So I'm being charged for being an old customer, whereas new accounts do not get charged. Definitely not ordering from them again. Customer retention policies deter old customers from ordering from them again."
