"Placed four orders within two months, four days after I placed my order I had to call because they said there was a problem with my payment. Each time they ran the same card over the phone and the payment went through fine and there was nothing that said my payment was declined at the time of checkout. Talked to my credit card company and they said they allow 48 holds on payments then they are released if the merchant does not verify it within that time frame which means logoup is not processing the order until 4 days after I actually place the order. Slow turn around. 2 weeks until you get your items on average. I did not even place big orders. Product is good. Wait for items to go on sale, otherwise do your homework on pricing."

The first order I cancelled because they couldn’t get the order right and the 2nd order they cancelled on me because I refused to pay a logo setup fee when their website says first setup is free and they didn’t be get far enough on my first order to do a setup. Worst company I have ever dealt with!!!!"

"I made my order and specified that I did not want a proof (we’ve ordered before and been very happy with the results) because I needed my stuff ASAP. I needed it by July 4th. By the end off the first week, I got a proof. I approved it immediately and put in the notes that I had asked for this order to go directly to production. By the end of the 2nd week, my order was still listed as processing. I’d heard nothing and contacted them. They must have been closed because I had the opportunity to leave a message. I reiterated that I needed this order by the 4th of July. I then send an email for good measure. Apparently that email went to the wrong person and never got seen (at least that’s the story I was told when I finally got someone on the phone). Finally, our items showed shipped and they would arrive the day before we needed them. What a relief. Except that they didn’t arrive. Until after the 4th. I now have a huge batch of red stress balls that were supposed to be handed out during our parade on the 4th. No apology. Just excuses. No offer to come me for the trouble and frustration. Then almost every ball has a smudge on one side. Needless to say, I’m frustrated with this experience. All the other times there’s been amazing customer service and care taken to make sure my order was exactly what I wanted. "
