"As a past customer I get many advertising emails from LogoUp on new offers, deals, and products all offering no minimums, free shipping, and free logo setup. Upon placing my next order, which was accepted and waiting a proof for approval, I get a "order on hold" email. Apparently there are slim criteria to meet the free shipping, no minimum, and free setup. So after they take your order and your CC info, expect an email asking for the 25 piece minimum. The $29.99 setup fee that was discounted and subtracted in the check out process, they will be asking for that at a later date. And the file format you sent them because it was listed on there website as a accepted format probably won't work either."
