"I ordered a fair amount of products to be embroidered. After the order was placed, and we had moved on to dealing with a rep of the company, the price jumped. I was told my logo was 11,000 stitches instead of 7,000, which was triple the time to complete one logo. It's been a while since I did a math class, but triple 7,000 should be 21,000. No where was it stated that there was a high stitch count fee. This fee nearly doubled my cost of production. When asked about it, the rep said there was nothing she could do, that the quoted original price was no longer valid. I will not be using this company ever again."

I then received the proof, and called asking why it only had one logo. As stated in my last response to you I do not see any notes requesting more then 1 location and I do not know who you originally spoke with, but notes were not made. However, when the logo proof email was sent to you it does only show one logo which was viewed and approved by you. I do not see where it was declined or anything was mentioned to the artist about logos missing on the items that were shown to you.
As you are aware from your past order that last had 3 logos back in 2016 there is a second location fee of $6.99 per item in which you are responsible for paying. If you want the logos sewn I can send you a FedEx return label to return the items to have the other 2 logos sewn. However, you would need to call our customer service at ***-***-**** and provide credit card information for Ticket #10877 for the second location fee in the amount of $125.82. Once that information is received a return label will be sent to you.
Also, I am still waiting for a response on what logos go in what location as well.
