"Logo Up does a good job on the caps I have done with them. I recently had some t-shirts with my logo embroidered on them, and those also came out great. My only issue would be the high shipping costs for the small orders - you have to get a really large order for them to give you free shipping. I don't want free shipping for my small orders - just something more reasonable. However, they do a great job on the caps and tees."

"So my order description says red and black polo. Pic on screen shows black polo shirt with red trim. I order four of these with company logo. The proof was made on a red shirt. I responded to the proof with I would like to see this on the color shirt I ordered. A week later I get a reply message that says attached is a copy of your invoice if there are no changes needed please let us know to proceed with your order. My order reads correct. The proof is on a red shirt with black trim and again I ordered black shirts with red trim and that is what is what is pictured when I mark quantity, color, size, chart for my selection. So I approve the order thinking and hoping maybe this is just how they do profs because the thread color is same no matter the color of the shirt. So when they shirts arrive sure enough I got red shirts. Definitely not what I wanted but now I’m stuck with them cause they have my logo on them and they are paid and delivered. No good to anyone else so why go through trying to deal with all the hassle of returning them. I have a screenshot of the shirt I ordered that appeared when u placed order. I also have screen shot of the proof. Description is same on both but completely two different colors. I did place a second order before this order arrived and that order was correct but it was for single color shirts so there was no place for anyone to misunderstand that order thankfully. I would use this company again in future but only when I completely verify my product without a doubt because nobody in their company is willing to physically confirm details and a phone call would have made the difference in 100% customer satisfaction and low customer satisfaction.
